The Grand Estate uses heavy timber construction with large posts and beams, allowing wider spans between posts. That means more open space underneath — no intermediate posts blocking your sight lines or seating arrangements.
In pressure-treated wood, it has a substantial, permanent presence. This reads as an estate feature, not a backyard accessory. Stain it to match your home, or let it weather naturally.
Sizes from 12x18 up to 24x24, all with 4-post construction. The heavy timber framing supports the large roof span without intermediate posts.
