The Cape
Simple, dependable, and the largest shed for the least money.
The Cape is the Econoline style that suits homeowners who like the classic steep Cape roofline and want extra attic-style storage overhead. It is our lowest cost per square foot — not our cheapest shed, but the one that gives you the most building for your money.
The steep roof keeps snow moving and buys you a surprising amount of storage overhead, right up in the peak. And because it is built locally in Western Massachusetts, you can point at the photo you like and change almost anything: the size, the siding (T1-11 or vinyl), the windows, the doors. We will price it plainly and build it once, so it lasts.
