Car count picks the footprint. The type picks what you get above it.
With three or four cars, the footprint is already big — so the space above is big too. Pick how much of it you want to use, and the type follows.
Single-Level
Three or four cars, one clean building.
Wide single-level garages fit three or four bays with room to open doors. Great for a fleet, a home workshop, or parking that doubles as workspace.

Over three or four bays you can have a full-width second level: a proper home office, a studio, or real rooms with a whole floor to work with. The largest garage we build, doing the most work.

We build the weather-tight exterior shell — framing, roof, siding, windows, doors. Interior finishing beyond that is up to you: frame interior walls, insulate, wire, finish — do it yourself, or hire your own finish carpenter. We leave you a clean, ready space; what happens inside it is yours to decide.

How wide do three or four cars need it?

| 2 + storage | 24 × 32 | Still a two-car with storage — that back space isn't a clear third bay, so it's not a three-car. |
At three or four cars, width is the whole story. If you're shopping a “three-car” that's really a 24×32 two-car with a deep bay, ask about the door count — a real three-car enters each bay from the eave side.
